I picked up the Byzantine supplement at SELWG today, at £12 for a 16 page book and three A4 card battle boards I would be lying if I said that it was good value for money. In fact I fancy photocoying it out of spite . Anyways, the Russ have some nasty saga abilities - all units ( including friendly units and the warlord ) within 8 inche sof the warlord   get shot with 6 dice . Another nasty ability causes all units ( including friends) to take a casulaty for each level of fatigue the unit has, coupled another ability wihich causes a unit to become exhuasted means that 4 man heartguard units can be finished off in one go- seems a little to powerfull to me.
