Had my first couple of games of the new 7th edition rules and I have to say the new tactical objective cards are brilliant, adds so much to the game, will work better with battle forged lists, the unbound rules are ok as long as you discuss what your going to use as the games we had were very one sided. The new psychic phase is a poor version of the fantasy magic phase.

Well in that case the Tau like the new psychic phase?

Unfortunately Tau, Dark Eldar and Necrons will struggle to stop psychic powers from being cast as they have no psykers, but the powers are harder to get off.

Just read 7th edition and I am now renouncing my warhammer 40k days.
So the majority of my Tyranid army is pretty much pointless.
I'm now going to join Russell on the Privateer Press fan boy club

It won't be the same without "FEEL NO PAIN" echoing through the shop.

Yes I for one will miss the cheesy grin as Lano says 'I have this really fluffy list I want to field involving 9 hierophants and a tyranid god!!'.

Still need an FAQ regarding the Ghosthelm... guess the Runes will still work the same way...
Haven't played 7th yet, to be honest and... not really enthusiastic about it. :/
