Or, we'll end up playing a massive football match against 'em on Christmas day...
How do you fancy your chances? England team vs. Germany... at this point in time... yeah... -_-
Anyway, I'm very eh... about WWI, I'm afraid, since I'm a sucker for auftragstaktik and all that jazz, so the only thing that broadly interests me about WWI is the Battle of not-Tannenberg(!) :/

Hmm...they named it after their tuetonic knights were defeated in 1410, so no grudges then.

Yeah... biggest military propaganda stunt... EVAR!
It was nowhere near Tannenberg, the battles had no political parallels and WWI Germans were (as much as) rabidly anti-Catholic! What religion were the Teutonic Knights...? Yeah... -_-

Macca, found these www.oocities.org/natholeon/WW1rules.htmlwith a bit of tinkering they might work... it covers everything from the honest tommy to artillery, tanks, gas, and air support. let me know what you think and we can start tinkering.

Had a quick read and it looks interesting and simple enough. Not too sure about using imperial and metric measurements though!

Hence the need for tinkering. But it seems a good start.

I am up for giving it try, should be fun. By the way we never decided who was going to play which side?

Up to you, I'll do any side. Even the French, I like the blue and red uniforms.

Good stuff, I'll get some Tommies and their stout French Allies. Would your choice of the Bosh have anything to do with the air support rules and a certain red gentleman?
