Hello. Today I have tried to field jezzails for the first time. And got a bit confused with the modifiers. They are strengh 6 weapon, which according to the rules have a -3 armour modifier. In the Skaven rulebook, they are with a -4 save modifier. Do they have a -4 save modifier or do they add up to -7 armour save modifier?

Since they have a strength 6 weapon, it's a -3. I think they have armour piercing which means they have an extra -1. For a total of -4.
They do not have a -7 modifier.

They don't have armour piercing, but they are counted as magical attacks. They can be lethal even with -4 save modifier (if they hit).

Jezzails are a good unit but the problem is everyone knows that so they tend to get shot off the table quickly, to remedy that its best to take either a big unit or 2 smaller units.
