If I have a bloke armed with two weapons ie cross bow and bow, can I fire the crossbow one turn and then move and shoot with the bow next turn?

Can't see why not, you can equip.characters as you like as I've not seen any restrictions. Likewise the rules around two handed weapons and no shield bonus but if you have the shield equpped you get the bonus vs missiles.
